Goal: To prepare Command-Level Leadership to Act Before the Bang- Proactive Incident Management for Active Attack Events

This specialized ALERRT Command and Control course focuses on strategic leadership and decision making to move "Left of Bang" - preventing or rapidly containing active threats through effective command, control, and integrated response.

Key Topics Include:

• Lessons learned from major critical incidents
• Incident Command System (ICS) processes for active attacks
• Proactive strategies to shift left on the timeline (pre-event preparation & response)
• Command-level tactics for law enforcement leadership
• Integration with fire, EMS, communications & emergency management
• Emphasis on rapid threat neutralization & life-saving interventions

Who Should Attend: Law enforcement command staff, Public and Private School Leadership staff, Supervisors, Incident Commanders, Sheriffs, Agency Leaders, and personnel responsible for active attack response planning and operations.
