Advanced Civil Process

Primarily directed at the changes dictated by Section 34 of the Civil Practice and Remedies Code (Much of what Civil Process Officers have done in the past in handling Writs of Execution/Attachment has changed significantly and this is a very important class for Civil Process Officers, Sheriff’s, Constables, JP’s and anyone else involved in Civil Process)
Liability Laws have also been altered significantly in Section 34. We will also cover Restraining Orders (Family Violence) and discuss the difference in Procedures for Tax Sales and Writs of Execution.
